Create and schedule a post
Draft once in the composer, pick platforms, add media, choose a time, and optionally send it to a reviewer before it goes out.

Open the composer
Go to Content and switch to the Create Content tab. The composer has a caption field, a platform selector, a media uploader, a schedule picker, a reviewer picker and a live preview that changes as you select platforms.
From draft to scheduled
- 01Select the platforms this post goes to. The caption counter switches to the strictest limit among them.
- 02Write the caption. Ellum Assist can draft or tighten it from the side panel if you want a starting point.
- 03Add media. Images up to 10 MB, video up to 100 MB. The preview flags an aspect ratio a platform will reject.
- 04Check the preview for each platform, then choose Save Draft or pick a time and choose Schedule Post.
- 05Optional: pick a reviewer. The post waits under Needs approval until they approve or decline it.
Where it goes next
Scheduled posts appear on the Calendar and in the Manage Content tab, and the Overview pipeline counts them under Drafts, Scheduled, Needs approval and Published. Statuses you will see: Draft, Scheduled, Published, Failed, Cancelled and Partially published. Cancel or retry from the post's own page.
