Take the product tour (and resume it later)
An eight-stop guided walkthrough with narration. Skip it, resume it, or restart it from the user menu whenever you like.
What the tour covers
The tour starts automatically on your first visit and walks through eight stops: Welcome, Content, Knowledge Center, Teams, Ellum Assist, Agent Inbox, Agents, and Your Workspace Setup. Each stop highlights the real page, so you can click around before moving on.
Every step has spoken narration. Mute it from the step card if you are somewhere quiet; the text stays on screen either way.
Resume or restart
Closing the tour early is fine. Open the user menu from your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Resume tour to pick up where you left off. Progress is saved per person, so a teammate skipping it does not skip it for you.
Finished it once and want to see it again after a big update? The same menu item restarts it from the first stop.
