Change or cancel your plan
Switch between Starter, Team and Enterprise, change the billing cycle, or cancel from Billing & Subscription.
The plans
Starter, Team and Enterprise. Every plan includes the agent catalog, the Knowledge Center and the full audit trail; they differ on seats, agents, connections and usage. The current comparison is on the pricing page. Enterprise is scoped with sales through the contact form.
Change plan or cycle
Open Settings, then Billing & Subscription. Choose Upgrade Plan or Switch Plan, pick monthly or yearly, and confirm. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current period and the page shows the start date until then.
Cancel
Choose Cancel on the same page. You keep access until the period ends. After that the workspace loses automations, analytics and AI credits; content and knowledge stay readable so you can export them. Choose Keep my plan any time before the period ends to undo it.
